A.J. & Friends Classic Cars This is my 1963 Mercury Monterey. I found it in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It's a 390 with "3 on the tree". I was going to clone it to look like my black '63 R code that I had new in 1963, but instead, I'm going to build it like a whiskey runner (with all the moonshiner's trick defense gadgets etc.), paint it white and call it "White Lightening". I just happen to have an extra 427 V-8 engine to put in it. Actually, it's a nice driver as is. The original color is Ming Green - very close to '64 Ford Pagoda Green. Interior is turquoise.
